Sales Executive - Marine

About the role

We are seeking a driven, customer‑focused Sales Executive – Marine to join our Marine team in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for growing sales of marine engines, building relationships with boat builders, fishermen and retail customers, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume and gross‑margin targets for marine engines.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers and key accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and retention.
• Expand the active customer and dealer network to support market‑share growth.
• Promote marine products through visits, presentations, exhibitions and marketing activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility and submit timely sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, service, spare‑parts, finance and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in marine, automotive or technical equipment.
• Good understanding of marine engines and the boating industry in Qatar.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, resilient and able to work with accountability.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
