Sales Manager – Banking Sector

About the role

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead growth within the banking sector. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions, driving revenue and expanding the company’s footprint in digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for banking clients.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers across banks and financial institutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Create strategic account plans and sales strategies for major banking customers.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to position solutions that meet banking business needs.
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, commercial proposals and deliver client presentations.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
• Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events and executive engagements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development or relationship management.
• Mandatory banking industry background with strong understanding of banking operations and products.
• Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Experience selling technology solutions, digital transformation services or banking platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, IT or a related field.
