Sales Manager - Steel Fabrication

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales function for Elegancia Steel, focusing on steel fabrication and pre‑engineered building solutions across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in key market sectors.
• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team to achieve individual and company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Implement a robust CRM process and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, manage pipelines and drive business development initiatives.
• Expand business opportunities beyond Qatar and strengthen the regional footprint.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus).
• 10‑15 years of experience with leading structural steel fabrication companies.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role within the GCC market.
• Proven track record in structural steel fabrication, Oil & Gas EPC, commercial and industrial projects.
• Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Strong experience in the Pre‑Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry.
• CRM management.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
