SAP Compliance Analyst (FI/CO, MM, HCM)

About the role

Power International Holding is looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to join its Group Compliance function. The role focuses on extracting, querying, and interpreting SAP transactional data to support compliance monitoring, risk insight, and control testing across Finance, Procurement, and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyse data from SAP FI/CO, MM, and HCM modules for payments, journal entries, GL postings, PR‑to‑PO cycles, vendor master data, payroll inputs and employee lifecycle events.
• Design and run recurring, data‑driven compliance checks to detect control gaps, duplicate transactions, threshold breaches and segregation‑of‑duties conflicts.
• Investigate root causes of exceptions in collaboration with Finance, Procurement and HR owners.
• Translate SAP table structures, transaction codes and module logic into clear findings for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (Excel, Power BI or similar) summarising compliance exceptions and trends.
• Support continuous‑monitoring routines and maintain documentation of queries, extraction logic and audit trails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 6‑8 years hands‑on experience with SAP ECC covering FI/CO, MM and HCM in a functional or super‑user capacity.
• Proven ability to extract and query SAP data independently (SAP Query, table/report extraction).
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement and HR processes and associated controls.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and written communication abilities.
