About the role
The Second Shift Technician will join the Engineering & Facilities team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha, providing maintenance support during the night shift. This role focuses on responding promptly to guest repair requests and ensuring the hotel’s facilities remain in optimal condition.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and attend guest repair requests during the second shift.
- Communicate directly with guests and customers to resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
