Senior Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Compliance Officer to ensure our operational processes meet internal policies and regulatory standards. The role focuses on SAP systems, cost control, and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess compliance gaps across company policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct functional reviews of cost‑control processes, detect non‑compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate compliance issues, irregularities, and violations, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to communicate findings and enforce corrective measures.
• Maintain and enhance tracking tools to provide robust audit trails for internal and external audits.
• Recommend process and system improvements based on compliance reviews and investigations.
• Ensure proper documentation and record‑keeping in line with policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report compliance performance through monthly scorecards and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in GCC environments is an advantage.
