About the role
We are seeking a Senior Farm Specialist / Farm Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead farm operations for a leading company in Qatar. The role focuses on maximizing productivity, overseeing all farm activities, and achieving annual performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Overall farm management and productivity improvement.
- Supervision of farm operations, maintenance, labour management, and housekeeping of assets.
- Ensuring management objectives and annual targets are met.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience leading or managing farm operations, preferably in reputable companies.
- Fluent Arabic communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to known and unknown problems.
- Proven expertise in managing labour forces.
