About the role

We are seeking a Senior Farm Specialist / Farm Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead farm operations for a leading company in Qatar. The role focuses on maximizing productivity, overseeing all farm activities, and achieving annual performance targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Overall farm management and productivity improvement.
  • Supervision of farm operations, maintenance, labour management, and housekeeping of assets.
  • Ensuring management objectives and annual targets are met.

Required profile

  • 5–8 years of experience leading or managing farm operations, preferably in reputable companies.
  • Fluent Arabic communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions to known and unknown problems.
  • Proven expertise in managing labour forces.
