Senior Foul Sewerage Design Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Foul Sewerage Design Engineer to join our Roads & Infrastructure team in Qatar. You will lead the planning, design and delivery of foul sewerage systems for major highway and infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate gravity sewer networks, rising mains, pumping stations and related wastewater infrastructure.
• Perform hydraulic design, calculations and pipeline design for sewer networks.
• Ensure designs meet Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Ashghal and Qatar sewerage standards.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders and utility authorities to align multidisciplinary designs.
• Prepare technical documentation and oversee quality assurance throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in foul sewerage and utility infrastructure design.
• At least 5 years of experience within GCC countries.
• Valid MMUP certification (mandatory).
• Proven ability to lead complex infrastructure projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
