About the role
RCS International is seeking a Senior Inspection Engineer who will also act as Deputy Technical Manager. The role involves planning and executing third‑party inspection activities while leading a technical team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and supervise third‑party inspection projects across various mechanical assets.
- Manage and mentor a team of inspectors, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to align inspection scope and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant mechanical engineering codes and standards.
Required profile
- LEEA Diploma with more than 5 years of experience in the inspection industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Strong background in mechanical engineering, equipment and systems.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
