Senior Manager - Enterprise Applications Architecture

About the role

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications Architecture will lead the design, development, and optimisation of QNB's core banking applications. You will ensure that both new and existing applications meet the highest performance, security, and design standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise application architecture across development and production environments.
• Re‑engineer existing and new IT applications to improve performance and adopt modern technologies.
• Select optimal development platforms and tools that align with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate user requirements into robust architectural solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive enterprise architecture documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a large international bank or comparable financial institution.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated integrity, self‑management and results‑orientation.
