Senior Manager, Government Solutions Commercialization & Delivery

About the role

The Senior Manager, Government Solutions Commercialization & Delivery leads end‑to‑end orchestration, governance and delivery of complex Visa Government Solutions programs. This role sits at the intersection of implementation, client delivery, technical readiness, solutioning, commercialization and cross‑functional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation orchestration for complex government programs, establishing ownership, RACI models, milestones, governance frameworks and escalation paths.
• Drive planning, timeline management, issue resolution, risk identification, mitigation and escalation across multi‑stakeholder delivery programs.
• Partner with Sales, Solutioning, Client Success and Commercialization teams to validate client and solution readiness, technical feasibility and implementation approach before activation.
• Translate signed deals and strategic initiatives into structured execution plans that accelerate activation and revenue realization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Client Services, Product, Technology, Sales, Risk, Legal, Government Engagement and regional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale, government‑focused solution delivery programs.
• Strong ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and external ecosystem partners.
• Excellent governance, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Track record of turning strategic partnerships and signed opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
