Senior Manager – International Quality Control

About the role

QNB is seeking a Senior Manager to lead International Quality Control across its global branches. The role is responsible for implementing the group’s quality assurance vision, ensuring that all international operations adhere to established standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the group’s quality assurance standards and monitor compliance across international branches.
• Control and monitor ongoing international branch projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic project plan.
• Review and approve enhancements to process and system quality certifications.
• Conduct development and re‑engineering studies on identified processes, products, or services for international branches.
• Manage test plans and scripts, ensuring adherence by project teams during branch implementations.
• Oversee change‑control management for all project change requests.
• Support the EVP of Group International Operations Affairs in documenting KPIs and preparing the department’s annual budget.
• Supervise re‑engineering processes to create cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level managerial experience in quality control or assurance.
• Proven ability to work with international banking operations.
• Strong analytical and project‑management capabilities.
