Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operations Consultant to lead the technical and operational management of the QNB ATM network. The role involves hands‑on incident handling, supporting ongoing projects, and ensuring the stability of the ATM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis and troubleshooting of ATM incidents.
• Raise and manage tickets with NCR ATM Software Support based on analysis and findings.
• Support ATM operations projects and resolve operational issues.
• Assist with patches, development releases, and production fixes aligned with SIT/UAT progress.
• Collect, analyse, and share logs and technical findings for incidents and support cases.
• Complete assigned technical requests within agreed timelines.
• Maintain day‑to‑day stability of the QNB ATM network.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in ATM operations or ATM application support.
• Strong experience with NCR ATM software.
• Proven background in incident analysis, log analysis, production support, and deployments.
• Banking or financial‑services experience preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting, coordination and communication abilities.
