Senior QA/QC Specialist – Construction

About the role

The Senior QA/QC Specialist will provide technical guidance and oversee quality assurance activities on construction projects. Working on‑site daily, you will ensure that all work and materials meet the required standards and support the execution team in achieving project quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions for project execution challenges and attend the site daily to monitor construction activities.
• Lead all QA/QC meetings, conduct quality site walks with execution teams, subcontractors and consultants.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Amana’s quality management system.
• Coordinate inspections, material checks, and testing in line with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Identify, report and manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR), driving root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead internal quality control inspections and support external regulatory inspections.
• Oversee documentation, review records for accuracy, and maintain inspection logs.
• Prepare quality assurance reports, KPI dashboards, and analyse quality data to identify trends.
• Audit subcontractor QHSE performance and lead major work inspections with authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, conduct training and embed a quality‑focused mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and corrective action planning.
