Senior Sales Officer – Aluminum Solutions

About the role

ABYAT, a leading retail destination in the Middle East, is looking for a Senior Sales Officer specialized in aluminum solutions to join its Doha showroom team. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking residential or commercial aluminum systems, guiding them from inquiry through to project completion while delivering a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand project requirements, preferences and budget.
• Recommend appropriate aluminum systems, profiles, glazing options, hardware and finishes.
• Manage complex customer requirements and develop customized aluminum solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotations, sales proposals and project recommendations.
• Explain product features, technical specifications and customization options.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations to maximise conversion rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, production and installation teams for seamless project execution.
• Support junior sales team members with product knowledge and consultations.
• Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of aluminum or related building‑material solutions.
• Proven ability to handle high‑value sales opportunities and complex projects.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles and glazing options.
• Experience preparing quotations and technical sales proposals.
• Ability to coordinate across design, engineering and installation teams.
