Senior Software Sales Executive (Relocation to Qatar)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Sales professional to join iHorizons in Qatar. The role involves selling iHorizons’ portfolio of software products and services to new and existing customers across multiple sectors, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure. The successful candidate will relocate to Qatar and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through networking, cold calling and other prospecting methods.
• Act as a trusted technology advisor, understand customer business and technology needs, and position iHorizons as the preferred solution provider.
• Develop and present proposals, own the bidding process, and ensure high‑quality bid packages.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling small‑ to mid‑size opportunities independently and supporting senior management on large contracts.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain acceptable gross margins.
• Provide ongoing account management, cross‑selling and upselling, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project implementation and after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with sales operations, bidding, and project teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling software solutions to large organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with senior decision‑makers.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Qatar.
