Senior Systems Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our 24x7 SOC Fusion Center. You will manage Linux and Windows environments, virtualization platforms and enterprise infrastructure while ensuring security, performance and disaster recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Linux and Windows Server systems, including user management, patching and security hardening.
• Design, deploy and maintain VMware, Nutanix and VxRail virtualization environments.
• Configure and monitor Zabbix and Veeam solutions for performance and backup reliability.
• Implement firewalls, IDS/IPS, and conduct regular security audits.
• Manage network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and optimise system performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Linux and Windows administration.
• Strong background in virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, VxRail) and backup/recovery.
• Hands‑on experience with Zabbix monitoring and Veeam backup.
• RHCE certification is mandatory; DevOps experience is a plus.
