Server Assistant/Busperson – In Room Dining

About the role

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar is seeking an In‑Room Dining Assistant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests staying in our luxury beachfront property. You will work closely with the dining team to ensure seamless service and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name and provide vivid, engaging descriptions of menu items, including origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Communicate tray and dishware removal options and respond to guest requests within established time standards.
• Break down, clean, and set up service stations and dining areas promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate order delivery and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
