About the role

Join Marriott International’s W Hotels in Doha as a Guest Environment Expert. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and amenities as needed.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring all supplies are readily available.
• Follow safety, security and confidentiality procedures at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Marriott’s quality and service guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry or move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a clean, welcoming environment.
• Professional demeanor, reliable attendance and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• Physical stamina and manual handling ability.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and safety standards.
• Basic communication skills in English.
