Spa Therapist – Full‑Time (Female)

About the role

Marriott International is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist (female) to join our wellness team in Doha. You will deliver high‑quality massage and body treatment services to guests, ensuring a relaxing and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide massage services using appropriate props and products.
• Perform body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
• Assess guest needs and check for contraindications before each service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and treatment room.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott SOPs.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant spa or massage experience.
• Technical or vocational education related to massage therapy.
• State or regional massage license as required by local regulations.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.

Required skills

• Massage therapy techniques.
• Body treatment application (scrubs, wraps, hydrotherapy).
