Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of high‑quality spa treatments to guests at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, ensuring comfort, relaxation and an unforgettable luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps.
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and ensure all supplies are stocked.
• Stay up‑to‑date with spa products, services and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a relaxed and pampered atmosphere.
• Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and drive sales.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics or a related field.
• Additional certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy or Turkish spa specialties.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
