Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are seeking a male Spa Therapist to join the luxury Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality massage and body treatments to discerning guests, ensuring a memorable and relaxing experience in line with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, addressing them by name and creating a positive first impression.
• Perform professional massage therapies and body treatments according to the Standard Training Manual.
• Maintain all spa equipment in proper working order at all times.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, explaining benefits and advantages of treatments.
• Assist with demonstrations, events, and training sessions as required.
• Update the Therapist Log Book and complete assignments within set deadlines.
• Adapt to operational changes as directed by management.

Required profile

• International Certificate in Massage.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a therapist in a 5‑star resort spa.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and possessing a positive attitude.
