Systems Supervisor

About the role

Marriott International is looking for a Systems Supervisor to manage and support its IT and telecommunications environment at the Doha location. The role combines technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and coordination of telecom activities while providing guidance to end‑users and the wider team.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions to business problems.
• Analyze processes, suggest improvements and implement them.
• Enter commands and operate peripheral equipment to integrate and run systems.
• Maintain applications, user accounts and related documentation.
• Record daily communication transactions, problems and remedial actions.
• Train users on proper hardware and software usage.
• Plan, design, operate, maintain and allocate resources for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
• Consult on administrative policies, technical priorities and methods related to telecom services.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling and employee coaching.

Required profile

• Diploma from a technical, trade or professional institute.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
