About the role
The Team Head leads a sales team to achieve revenue, utilization and efficiency targets. The role involves motivating, training, and developing team members while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, direct and monitor sales activities to meet established targets.
- Develop sales plans, campaigns and manage day‑to‑day team operations.
- Analyze performance and implement proactive measures to reach goals.
- Coordinate all elements of the sales process, from order entry to invoicing and collection.
- Collaborate with corporate account associates to meet account targets.
- Identify process improvements and adapt to market and competitor dynamics.
Required profile
- Graduate of a 4‑year Business Management or related program.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or sales management.
- Strong organizational, customer‑service and decision‑making abilities.
- Integrity, flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of coaching a team.
