About the role
The Technical Professional (Electrical) is responsible for the study, design, specification and service of electrical and electronic systems, including power generation, transmission, distribution and related control systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems such as cabling, wiring, lighting, motor control centers and communications.
- Perform calculations, specifications and testing for power generation, transmission, distribution and protection systems.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 8‑10 years of relevant experience, preferably with Engineer‑In‑Training certification.
Required skills
- Power generation, transmission and distribution engineering.
- Cabling, wiring, lighting and motor control center design.
- Communications systems, cathodic protection, grounding and lightning protection.
- Heat tracing and power system performance control.
