Temenos Upgrade Lead

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Temenos Upgrade Lead to drive T24 upgrade projects within a collaborative environment. The role involves guiding technical teams, ensuring best practices, and delivering solutions on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver upgrade packages, including pre‑process, run, and post‑process activities.
• Prepare and execute unit testing, support SIT/UAT testing, and create rollout and back‑out documentation.
• Provide technical strategy, guide the team, and ensure adherence to Temenos development standards.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in T24 development and Temenos upgrade processes.
• Strong knowledge of T24 core modules (AA, Payments) and related APIs.
• Ability to understand functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions.

Required skills

• T24 development components (Enquiries, Versions, Templates, OFS).
• TAFC & TAFJ with componentization.
• Java programming.
• Integration Framework, Web‑services, Extensibility Framework (EF), Workbench IDE.
• Outbox/Inbox, IF and IRIS APIs.
• Unit testing, SIT/UAT support, rollout and back‑out planning.
