About the role
The Terminal Standards Supervisor will monitor cleaning services performed by outsourced contractors at Hamad International Airport, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct joint cleaning audits with janitorial contractors at the Passenger Terminal Complex (PTC).
- Uphold MATAR safety standards and ensure cleaning activities are carried out safely.
- Verify that cleaning procedures, standards and documentation are correctly followed.
- Complete daily shift reports and participate in handovers, highlighting any issues.
Required profile
- High School, vocational qualification or Diploma with at least 5 years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience.
- Accredited cleaning certificates (e.g., BICS or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to follow company procedures and standards.
Required skills
- Cleaning audit and compliance verification.
- Safety standards implementation and monitoring.
