Test Lead – Cards Management

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive testing activities for Card Management and Digital Banking solutions. The role is based in Doha, Qatar and requires deep expertise in FIS IST/Cortex and related payment technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end testing for card lifecycle, authorization, risk rules, acquiring, POS and API integrations.
- Design and execute test scenarios for Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, UPI, NFC, contactless, tokenisation and ATM workflows.
- Manage simulators (OTS, Visa, MasterCard) and ensure scheme compliance.
- Coordinate with development, business and compliance teams to resolve defects and validate releases.
- Provide test reporting, metrics and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of testing experience, with at least 5 years on FIS IST/Cortex.
- Hands‑on experience with FIS IST Switch/Cortex modules.
- Strong knowledge of Visa, MasterCard, NAPS, AMEX, UPI and related integrations.
- Familiarity with MTIP, VSDC, terminal certification and ISO 8583 standards.
- Willingness to work onsite in Qatar and travel as needed.
