UAT Tester – Cards & Payments (Doha)

About the role

Join a leading regional bank’s Cards & Payments delivery team in Doha as a UAT Tester. You will safeguard the quality of card products used by millions, leading user‑acceptance testing for new launches, enhancements, and compliance‑driven changes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed UAT test scenarios, cases and data covering issuance, authorisations, settlements, disputes and rewards.
• Execute end‑to‑end transaction testing across CMS, switching, scheme connectivity and partner systems (ATM, POS, e‑commerce).
• Log, triage and track defects using Azure DevOps or JIRA, perform regression testing and ensure timely closure.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, QA engineers and business users to keep test cycles on schedule.
• Produce UAT execution reports, traceability matrices and obtain formal business sign‑off before release.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on UAT/QA experience in banking or payments.
• Demonstrated delivery on card product launches, enhancements or compliance programmes.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Immediately available and able to work onsite in Doha.

Required skills

• Experience with Card Management Systems (e.g., Way4, TSYS PRIME or equivalent).
• Proficiency with defect‑management tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of card issuance, transaction processing, settlement, disputes and loyalty programmes.
