Vice President – International Corporate Relationship Management

About the role

The Vice President will proactively manage QNB Group’s selected corporate banking portfolio, including branches and affiliates, to achieve revenue, profit and volume targets while complying with credit policies, regulatory requirements and international best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies and plans to meet volume, revenue and profit objectives for the selected portfolio.
• Support the EVP International Corporate in developing key performance indicators and monitoring performance.
• Achieve budgeted targets for assets and liability product sales and profitability across the portfolio.
• Coordinate regularly with corporate branches, subsidiaries and the group network to review financial performance.
• Formulate corporate branch strategies and drive GCIB initiatives such as GWB and GAM.
• Identify new business opportunities and facilitate cross‑selling of products and services in line with the Global Account Management concept.
• Enhance profitability, revenue generation and service delivery to meet client banking needs efficiently.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in corporate banking and portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, regulatory standards and international market practices.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets for large corporate clients.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and coordinate across multiple business units.
• Analytical mindset with strategic planning capabilities.
