About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha. You will deliver high‑standard service to our guests in a luxurious all‑inclusive environment, ensuring memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and recommend food‑beverage combinations, upselling where appropriate.
- Provide friendly, efficient service in line with Rixos Standard Operating Procedures.
- Keep the work area and surrounding spaces clean, organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve issues promptly.
- Adapt flexibly to rotate across different sub‑departments of the Food & Beverage division or other hotel areas as assigned.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
