About the role
Join Hilton’s Food & Beverage team as a Waiter/Waitress and bring the warmth of hospitality to every guest. This role is ideal for a Chinese‑speaking professional who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive service and look for opportunities to enhance each guest’s meal experience.
- Master the menu, promotions, and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and serve promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
