Waiter/Waitress Internship – Hospitality

About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress Intern at the MGallery Alwadi Hotel in Doha, you will join the Food & Beverage team to help deliver warm, personalized service that reflects Accor’s brand elegance and hospitality. You will support daily operations across restaurants, bars and events while gaining hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars and events.
• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare tables, mise‑en‑place and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Greet and engage with guests, handling requests attentively and applying upselling techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• Strong interest in Food & Beverage operations and guest service.
• Positive attitude, well‑groomed appearance and team spirit.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.
