About the role
Join the Peacock Alley team at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences for guests through attentive service and a warm, welcoming attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat demeanor and anticipate their needs to enhance the meal experience.
- Learn and confidently present all menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver orders promptly.
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked, and organized service station throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Integrity, teamwork, leadership, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Required skills
- Operating point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
