Waiting Staff – Casual & Upscale Dining

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join a leading casual and upscale dining restaurant in Doha. The role involves delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Present menus, explain dishes, daily specials, and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and beverages.
• Prepare, clean, and reset tables before service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in casual, upscale, or premium restaurants.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• GCC experience preferred but not essential.
