About the role

Rosewood Doha is seeking a Wedding Butler to deliver exceptional service to guests planning weddings and other special events. The role blends sales support with on‑site event coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with the brand’s ultra‑luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional show‑arounds for guests and planners, showcasing meeting rooms, ballrooms and event spaces.
• Explain room capacities, layout options, flow and logistics in line with Rosewood standards.
• Gather guest requirements, clarify event details and keep internal teams informed.
• Assist in converting inquiries into confirmed events through confident, elegant communication.
• Prepare event spaces, coordinate setup and ensure all specifications are met.
• Work closely with operations, catering and technical teams to deliver seamless event execution.
• Provide on‑the‑day support, addressing any guest needs and ensuring a flawless experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with diverse, high‑expectation clientele.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
