About the role

The Wedding Butler provides highly personalized service to wedding couples, their families, and guests throughout all wedding‑related events and stays at a luxury hotel in West Bay, Doha. This full‑time, non‑management role ensures a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for wedding couples, VIP guests, bridal parties, and family members, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
• Welcome and assist wedding guests on arrival, coordinating with Front Office for smooth check‑in and personalized room arrangements.
• Deliver amenities, refreshments, coffee, tea, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Review wedding event details, guest preferences, and VIP requirements, communicating them to relevant hotel departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Guest Services to prepare and inspect guest rooms, bridal suites, and VIP accommodations.
• Conduct pre‑arrival planning, send personalized communications, and confirm special arrangements.
• Escort couples, VIPs, and family members to accommodations or event venues as needed.
• Monitor and follow up on all wedding‑related service requests, ensuring timely execution and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate laundry, pressing, and garment care for wedding attire and guest clothing.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service actions within hotel systems.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with couples, families, and VIP guests.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 lb.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and event schedules.
