Wedding Planner (Doha, Qatar)

About the role

Artista Events is seeking a full‑time Wedding Planner based in Doha, Qatar to design and execute memorable weddings from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, vendor management and detailed logistics.
• Meet with clients to capture their vision, advise on options and budgets, and maintain continuous communication.
• Create and update event plans, manage budgets and contracts, and oversee on‑site set‑up and day‑of execution.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously.
• Specialised experience in wedding planning within Qatar, understanding cultural preferences and local market practices.
• Proven budgeting and cost‑control abilities, ensuring events stay within financial parameters.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset, fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Doha, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and composure under pressure during live events.
• Relevant degree or certification in Events Management, Hospitality or related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
