Wedding Sales Executive – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Wedding Sales Executive will drive wedding and social event revenue for Andaz Doha by promoting tailored wedding packages and delivering exceptional client service throughout the planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new wedding and social event business by building relationships with couples, wedding planners and community stakeholders.
• Promote Andaz Doha’s wedding packages, secure bookings and ensure seamless coordination with the events and catering teams.
• Assist with the efficient running of the wedding sales department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in wedding, events or hotel sales, preferably handling high‑profile weddings.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong knowledge of local wedding traditions and an established network of planners and suppliers in Qatar or the GCC.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
