About the role
The Associate Domestic Sales Center will promote QNB's retail banking products and services, focusing on meeting sales targets for a specific line of business while cross‑selling additional offerings to satisfy customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively market retail bank products to increase sales volume, profitability and market share.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Visit customers at their offices or residences to present products, collect documentation and avoid bank visits.
- Handle customer queries within defined turnaround times and ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on product issues and recommend enhancements to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in HR and Finance functions of ministries and private companies.
- Promote cost consciousness, efficiency and productivity in daily activities.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to answer queries and encourage increased business.
- Ability to work within delegated authority and follow bank policies.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
- Focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.
