About the role
The Bell Person provides professional, customer‑focused service to guests at InterContinental Doha The City, ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure. This role embodies the brand’s values of integrity, care, ambition, diversity, and teamwork.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and exceed expectations throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Use the Opera guest profile system to track guest preferences.
- Transport luggage from arrival points to rooms and back at checkout.
- Handle messages, mail, and packages for guests and staff promptly.
- Deliver morning newspapers and guest messages without delay.
- Keep the concierge desk and storeroom clean, tidy, and organized.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of hotel operations in a multicultural environment.
- High drive for results, adaptable and flexible.
- Ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
