Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the housekeeping team at a 4‑star luxury hotel in Doha, delivering a clean and welcoming environment for business and leisure guests. You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, including dusting, bed making, linen removal, vacuuming, bathroom and window cleaning.
• Replenish rooms with supplies and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.
• Use the "cleaning in progress" sign, keep doors closed, and coordinate with room service for tray removal.
• Maintain organized linen and supply closets, empty vacuum cleaners when full, and report any equipment issues.
• Complete accurate room status reports at shift end and report any rooms that do not require service.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, report health & safety hazards, suspicious persons, and any DND rooms.
• Assist guests and colleagues courteously and adhere to grooming and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
