Call Center Supervisor – Healthcare Scheduling

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Supervisor to lead our scheduling team within a fast‑paced healthcare environment. You will ensure efficient patient appointment management, uphold service excellence, and support overall operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scheduling protocols under the Head of Screening Programs.
• Monitor daily scheduling activities to guarantee smooth and accurate operations.
• Coordinate with Health Information Management and Operations teams to improve patient flow.
• Supervise, coach and develop scheduling staff, fostering a high‑performance work culture.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to referrer inquiries, and provide patients with preparation instructions.
• Verify and update patient and physician data, prepare performance reports, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting with strong customer‑service exposure.
• Previous experience in a medical call center is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
