Commercial Manager – Facilities Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the Contracts & Procurement function for our Facilities Management projects in Doha. The role ensures high‑quality, safe and customer‑focused FM services while managing commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Head the Contracts & Procurement department, overseeing all FM contract services and procurement of scopes and bills of quantities.
• Provide commercial support for cash‑flow, budgeting, reporting and pre‑tender estimates.
• Interface with the CAFM system to manage work orders, contractor performance and monthly SLA reviews.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports, applications for payment and remuneration schedules.
• Lead, train and guide commercial staff in line with Mosanada and client guidelines.
• Conduct regular service and systems audits, ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably within Facilities Management.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• RICS/MRICS qualification and familiarity with FIDIC contract types.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAFM systems for work‑order and performance management.
• Strong contract management knowledge, including FIDIC clauses.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 quality and safety standards.
• RICS/MRICS professional standards.
