Concierge Driver – Luxury Hotel Transportation

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a professional Concierge Driver to provide safe, courteous transportation for guests. This role is essential to delivering the high‑standard hospitality experience the hotel is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from the hotel, airports, attractions and business locations while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide information on local sites and hotel facilities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct routine inspections, and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow Qatar traffic regulations, hotel policies and safety standards at all times.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and other departments to schedule timely trips.
• Record mileage, fuel consumption and any incidents accurately.

Required profile

• Valid Qatar driving licence with a clean record.
• Minimum two years of professional driving experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s road network and key destinations.
• Excellent communication, friendly demeanor and professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry guest luggage safely.

Required skills

• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• CPR and First Aid certification (advantageous).
