About the role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of a leading financial institution in Doha. The role involves providing high‑level administrative support to the CEO and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and international partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
- Assist in project tracking, follow‑up actions, and preparation of board materials.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a large, international organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to support C‑level executives directly.
- Polished, well‑spoken, and dynamic professional with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Confidence working with various IT systems and tools.
