About the role
Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for experienced Fire & Gas Technicians in Doha to maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair Fire & Gas detection systems, field instruments and related equipment in Oil & Gas plant environments, while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Fire & Gas systems
- Calibrate gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors and field instruments
- Carry out valve overhaul and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure all work follows safety and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams during maintenance work
- Prepare maintenance records and report faults and issues promptly
Required profile
- SSC or equivalent qualification
- Instrument Trade Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oil & Gas plants
- Hands-on experience with Fire & Gas systems, detectors, field instrumentation and valve overhaul
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and plant work practices
- Familiarity with detectors, instruments and control systems
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Immediate joiners preferred
