FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance

About the role

As an FP&A Analyst in Commercial Finance, you will partner closely with commercial teams to turn data into insight and drive smarter, faster business decisions. You will be at the heart of revenue, margin, and profitability analysis, supporting Snoonu’s growth toward its ultra‑app ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams, supporting day‑to‑day decision‑making and long‑term planning.
• Track financial performance of key commercial levers such as revenue growth, pricing, promotions, incentives, and margin optimization.
• Define, monitor, and explain commercial KPIs, ensuring alignment between financial outcomes and business actions.
• Identify risks and opportunities in commercial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support evaluation of new initiatives, partnerships, and campaigns by assessing financial viability, ROI, and payback periods.
• Build and maintain driver‑based financial models for new initiatives, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare monthly performance reviews, highlighting variances versus budget/forecast and explaining the underlying drivers.
• Develop and improve management reports, dashboards, and commercial scorecards.
• Perform ad‑hoc and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and leadership decisions.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis.
• Solid understanding of revenue models, unit economics, and margin analysis.
• Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
• Curious mindset with a bias toward problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
