About the role
The Housekeeping Coordinator supports daily housekeeping operations at St. Regis Doha, acting as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry. The role ensures rooms are cleaned on schedule, discrepancies are resolved, and guest‑room status is accurately tracked.
Key responsibilities
- Run sold room reports, verify room status and identify discrepant rooms.
- Prioritize room cleaning, assign rush rooms and update departing‑guest room status.
- Prepare and distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms in coordination with the Front Desk.
- Maintain the Do‑Not‑Disturb list and ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned promptly.
- Complete required housekeeping paperwork and safety certifications.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related housekeeping or hotel operations experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Enter and locate work‑related information using computers.
- Run sold room reports.
- Verify room status.
